This depends on your own learning pace as well as the phase of parenting you are in. However, it is important to note that the program is structured in a way that advises you to take time to practice the material you have learned after each block before moving on to the next. If you attempt to go through the training in just one month, it is not likely to have the desired effect. Additionally, we are constantly adding new content to the app, so there is always something new to learn in the app!
